NCEF-REVITALIZE SERUM combines 10 precisely chosen essential ingredients (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, coenzymes, antioxidants, and hyaluronic acid) in our patent-pending** NCEF Complex exclusively developed by FILORGA and inspired by revitalizing anti-aging injections.

Our new encapsulation technology allows better penetration of these active ingredients into the skin's epidermal layer to improve the production of collagen and elastin and strengthen the skin barrier, for smoother, more even, and brighter skin. It has an ultra-light texture that is non-greasy and non-sticky, for an instant soft and luminous finish.
