Extend the time (and serenity) between washes. This purifying shampoo gently cleanses, using a blend of green marine algae and a sugar-derived prebiotic to reduce and control oil while rebalancing scalp’s microbiome.

A sub-line of the Oribe Sere Scalp product family, Oil Control, has been developed to extend the interval between washes for oily scalps. The products of this series prevent excessive sebum secretion and reduce the amount of oil transferred to the hair. In addition to absorbing and reducing sebum from both scalp and hair, these products balance the scalp's delicate microbiome, the ecosystem of bacteria living on the surface of the skin. Maintaining a balanced scalp microbiome with a diverse mix of microorganisms is critical to maintaining hair health. The product line contains green seaweed and mango leaf extract to help diversify and maintain this balance.

Main ingredients:

• The microbiome balancing complex (elder hemp extract and green seaweed) naturally regulates and balances the microbiome of the scalp to regulate sebum production and reduce excess oiliness.
• A biomimetic amino acid restores healthy scalp microflora, diversifying the skin's microbiome to reduce excessive sebum production and greasiness.
• The sugar-derived prebiotic stimulates the optimal health condition of the scalp by balancing the skin's bacterial community.
• Oribe's signature complex (watermelon, lychee, and precocious beef extract) protects hair from oxidative stress, photoaging, and natural keratin degradation, prevents drying, damage, and dulling of hair color caused by trace elements.
