Essential oil of lemon (citrus limon) comes from the lemon tree that originates in central Asia, in the north Himalayan region. The trees were brought by Greek and Roman merchants to the West from Persia, and today they are found across the Mediterranean region.
Lemon essential oil is one of the richest in vitamins, containing high levels of vitamins C and A (carotene), and also vitamin B.

Its fresh and intense fragrance helps to restore good mood and increase vital energy. Improves concentration.
Extraordinary antioxidant action that helps to maintain skin and hair in good condition and protect against oxidising processes.
Helps to avoid excessive proliferation of skin cells on the scalp and is ideal for treating dandruff either by direct use on the skin or by mixing 2 or 3 drops with shampoo or conditioner.

The essential oils are 100% pure that we can mix with the rest of ORGANIC CARE products to create our beauty rituals, since they have great virtues for hair care, as well as cosmethic and therapeutic. In the latter two cases it is recommended to mix them with a moisturizer, facial or body, or any conductive substance except tea tree oil, which can be applied directly to the skin.

The recommended quantities would be:

If we mix the essential oil with washing products: 2-6 drops.
If we mix the essential oil with finishing products: 2-4 drops, as it does not lighten.

Essential oils are photosensitizing at the skin level, so it is recommended to avoid sun exposure or UVA rays for 24 hours after application.
